Where can I download Delta?

Delta is available on the App Store for iPhone and on Google Play for Android. Open deltahealth.fit/get on your phone and it sends you to the right store.

My blood panel did not parse correctly

Delta validates every unit against an allowlist. If a marker was not recognised, the unit label or marker name on your report did not match a known form. Try a clearer photo with good lighting and flat paper. If it still fails, email us the names and units of the missed markers (not the values).

My Adaptive Age did not compute

Adaptive Age needs all nine blood markers plus your chronological age. If any one is missing, the app tells you which one and refuses to score. Check that your date of birth is set in the Me tab and that your report includes all nine markers.

Apple Health data is not showing

Open Settings > Privacy & Security > Health > Delta on your iPhone and confirm read access for the data types you want. Restart the app after changing permissions. Some data types, such as HRV, need a compatible Apple Watch.

Withings is not connecting

Disconnect and reconnect Withings from the Me tab, and make sure you sign in with the right Withings account. Sync needs a network connection and can take a moment.

How do I delete my data?

Your health record lives on your device, so deleting the app deletes it. To delete what Delta's servers hold (your persona and cached daily reads), use Me > Uploads > Erase what Delta's servers hold. Daily reads are also deleted automatically after 30 days.

How do I report a bug or security issue?

Email info@deltahealth.fit. For security issues, put "Security" in the subject line and we will respond within 48 hours.

ASK is not responding

ASK needs a network connection. If it stays unresponsive, restart the app and email us if the issue continues.
